    Henkel Flexible Packaging Academy was established in 2015 to support skill development in the flexible packaging industry. The academy delivers a structured training program for professionals across India, the Middle East and Africa, with a strong focus on practical learning and real production conditions. The program is delivered through Henkel’s training centres in Mumbai and Istanbul.
    The program combines classroom learning with hands-on sessions, enabling participants to build a clear understanding of materials, processes and performance on the shop floor and excel in the flexible packaging industry. On completion, participants earn an industry-recognised packaging certification jointly issued by Henkel and IIP.
