Learning That Goes Beyond Theory
Based on the proven modules of the Converters’ Academy in Germany and delivered in partnership with the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), the program combines classroom instruction with practical sessions on production-scale lamination equipment. Participants work directly with materials, adhesives, substrates, and testing methods used in manufacturing environments, turning technical knowledge into skills that enhance their work.
Certified Expertise
At the end of the program, participants take an assessment supervised by IIP. On successful completion, they receive a joint certification from Henkel and IIP as Specialists in Lamination Techniques for Flexible Packaging. This certification reflects advanced technical capability and is widely recognised across the industry.
